This is the list of problems I encountered with the service I received:
****) My car was returned dirty: adhesive was still on the car which could have easily been removed with Goo Gone, the rims of the car were dirty although it had been washed, and my trunk was dusty from repair services
2) My hood was repaired but it does not fit properly on my car. There is a pronounced difference in the seam above the right and left headlights
3) The front and rear passenger windows we're both replaced, but, no tint was put on the windows. My windows have been tinted since I purchased the car new with <5 miles on it
4) I had also received a quote to do repair service, fix a broken mirror part, that I was going to pay for "out of pocket, but the repair was never performed even though we had discussed it and I had agreed upon the repair

My car was kept longer than I was told because of two wrong trunks that were ordered also I noice that my skid plate in the front of my car is split, my breaks are making noise as I spoke to the service advisor about when I took it in. I just wanted my car repaired correctly for the amount of time that the service king had it

When I got to Service King to pick up my vehicle there was a part missing off the truck. Service man asked us to wait while they put the part on. About 35 minutes later we go outside to check it out and they had ordered the wrong color. We were told that they would order the correct color as the part would be in the next day and they would give us a call. This occurred on 10/02. On 10/03 no phone call from Service King at all. I called Service King the morning of 10/04 to see if the part had arrived and it arrived the day before but NO ONE contacted me. This was an inconvenience for me and I am not happy with the customer service I received.
