No return Calls.
The repair and workmanship has always met my expectations. Very good work.
But in 10 days, only got 2 return calls, and two texts on status of my car. I met my service advisor on day one. Only to find out he had transferred to another shop on day 3.I received no info as to who was taking over my account.
I spoke to the service mgr about my experience upon the completion and pick up of my car. He apologized and would look into the matter.

They did a great job. More than that the lady at customer service drove me to my other car when I had no ride. She didn’t have to do that and I knew it. It took a week to get my car back but I guess they are very busy.

The only issue I had was communication. I was told that my car would be ready by Wednesday and then I get a text message that it will be ready by Friday. No one called to update me and tell me why. I found myself always having to call for an update.

I have yet to receive my vehicle from Service King, so it’s a bit difficult to assess the work accomplished. Perhaps waiting for people to receive their vehicle first would best serve the survey. Also, I was told multiple times that it would be finished on certain days and it has been delayed three times. This makes planning very difficult for a family of six. Also, several times I was promised a phone call update at specific points in the process but I did not receive the phone call at the time specified by the person in charge of my vehicle.
