The engine light was on when I picked it up and was told that they forgot to reconnect the thermometer and that they were angry about not being able to bill ARI for this again. My windshield was cracked and I was told that it was my fault from a rock....nope. I had told TC that he didn’t have to wash it cause it was raining outside and wouldn’t be helpful, but the inside of my car was so dirty with foot prints and oily fingerprints, it was pathetic.
TC was good and helpful, but with all of the above issues at the end, left me with a bad taste for the way service king repairs vehicles.
