Eddy was amazing! Made the process so easy, clear, and even hung out late to wait for me to pick up my car (which was repaired so fast!) so I didn’t have to go without it an extra day. Upon my initial arrival (after making an appointment), I was waiting and when I was next, Chris Whorton took another gentlemen. The receptionist even told Chris that I was next and he told her "she's just a drop off". This started off my experience feeling like I wasn't important. During the time my car was being serviced, Chris frequently emailed (which I appreciated) but stated an incorrect price total and stated that the other side of my car was getting serviced. The frequent mistakes and bad first impression will result in me not using this Service King again.

The car wasn't completely finished when I picked it up. The mirror hadn't been repaired. I will need to return it to have the repairs completed. The hood/trunk release switch was broken in your shop. I was informed of this and that the replacement would be at your cost. However, after looking over my statement I noticed I was billed for this. I should be refunded for this cost. Also, the repairs covered by my insurance was approximately $400 higher than the insurance company's estimate. I was not informed of this increase in cost during the repair process. Making my out of pocket c higher. Not a good surprise at all. The car was washed before picking it up. Horrible job done washing it. Towel marks and water spots covered the entire car. Made the good work the guys in the did look bad. Looked very bad. On a good note, the person handling my claim did a very good job overall. With the exceptions noted above. Terry Weiss kept me informed and update on the progress of my car every day.
