After we picked up the vehicle we noticed that there was some insulation that was under the seats that wasn’t there before we took it in.
After about a week we noticed there was rat poop and even more insulation under the seats every day that we opened the vehicle again.
It took us a little while to put two and two together and realize that a rat must have gotten into our vehicle during the time that it was at service king and now is causing more damage to our vehicle.
This is absolutely unacceptable and needs to be addressed and remediated immediately.
We are extremely disappointed with this situation.

I came to Service King, like probably most of your customers, after a REALLY bad day. Accidents are an everyday part of your business, but certainly not your customers. I had no clue what I was going to do, but the The guys at the shop did a great job of taking care of me. I came in right before closing time, and couldn't even start the process til the next morning, but the GM was nice enough to give me a ride home even though he probably had to stay late because of it. I couldn't recommend them enough.
