The whole process was very concerning. From drop off to pick up, I will never use service king again... After all it was said and done my car left with new dings and paint chips and a big blue scratch. I'm hoping another shop will fix their mistake. The lifetime warranty is worthless, I won't go back.

First off my car was promised to be done on January 26th and it was not finished until February 2nd. With that the wrong emblem was used on the front of my car as well. Also the staff made a big deal about putting new tires on the car which are not the same as the ones that were originally on there nor do they match the ones on the back of the car. The attention to deal with this shop is non existence and nor will I ever use them again going forward.

Service Advisor Terry Weiss was extremely gracious and paid attention to every detail to the damages on my 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe. He kept me up to speed on the status of my SUV on a daily basis and insured that my Tahoe would be 100% service completed successfully which was the case. I will reach out to Terry Weiss soon on my '08 Toyota Tacoma as it requires some body work and paint refresh. Thank you Terry and thank you Service King- North Richland Hills :)

After having my vehicle over 2wks , it was returned to me with pits and bubbles on my hood after repair. The tire pressure sensor system was not adjusted so I was constantly getting errors. To top it off while out and about I started getting a low brake fluid notice on my car and by the time I got home my brakes barely worked and brake fluid was spraying all over. I'm extreamly frustrated that there was not any quality control inspection done on my car , that Setvice Kings carelessness in repairs could have caused a terrible accident. I have a car in my garage that is not driveable after trusting you with my collision repair.

When I arrived at 9:29 for my 9:30 appt, my assigned advisor was too busy to talk with me. I was told 2 people were ahead of me waiting to talk to him. Another new guy helped me, took notes, view the truck & had me sign papers. I did receive texts about the vehicle status, however advisor did not contact me until vehicle was almost complete. I feel if I have an appointment, then I should be seen. I feel I should have been contacted about the results that were found before work began as well.
