The way they left my trunk and inside of my car was deplorable. I was so upset by this I took pictures and intend to come by with pictures to show you. Mike was great but I have NEVER placed my car in a service shop whether it be for body work or mechanical and not gotten my car back both inside and out , in pristine condition. This was inexcusable and I was not pleased at all with this behavior.On a positive note the body work done was exceptional and above what I expected.

Terry was by far the best person at Service King he texted me not maybe only twice but maybe 3 times a week giving me updates on my car and emails. He even stayed late after he got off just to make sure he was there to give me my car when it was done. They clean the inside and outside of my car as well almost made it look like it was a brand new vehicle again I would definitely recommend them to any person that is having any problems with their cars. By far the best service that I've ever had on this vehicle.

It took two e as long as I was told when I dropped the car off. When l picked the car up, I learned that there was extra damages that I was not advised of. I ended up having g to do quite a bit of driving to figure out what was going on. Otherwise ok.

Ashley at the front desk was super sweet and helpful as well. **** when your car is in the shop for weeks but it’s nice when the people are so helpful and sweet!
