My gosh, where do I begin! I was highly impressed with Service King when I first dropped my car off! Wow, what customer service in Deanna! Then the updated phone calls I received daily "blew my mind." And when I got the chance to pick up my car after Service King's completion, I was glad that I had the opportunity to meet Tina who had been calling me and giving me the updates! I have already highly recommended Service King to others. In fact, I was told yesterday, "wow, if you are pleased with Service King with your Volvo I KNOW I can take my car to them." Stop giving Estimate out in the Lobby where there is other Customers are waiting for car repairs or there car pick up. This should be giving in Private.I Overheard Customers Complainting about that Procedure.And my wife also had that Complaint also.
