I am so happy with my car repairs. I was always in formed of what was going on and how long it would take. Isaiah is an awesome worker and I appreciate him for working with me and always stating in contact with me. Isaiah is the best!!

I came in for repairs for my bump but my car came back to me in not the condition i brought it to them. It was a new vechile that only had 2000 miles on it my bump was fix but i had new scratches & dull marks that were never on my car before. So when i took back my car it was not wash nor were all the markings buffed out.It was pointless to bring it back again. I walked out with an unclean car & a dull mark left from them.! Repairs, Communications was the only good thing from Service Kings & Rick was a good representive but the mechanics need to be trained more!The mechanics dont care about the customer's needs they just want to hurry up & get everything done Im sure if it was their vechiles they wouldnt want their cars coming back to them looking like crap! I will never go back nor will i recommend anyone!
