The person who worked on my car left my lights on and ran my battery down. When I came to pick it up they had to jump start my car. Highly unprofessional.

My service advisor was Terry Schea and he was extremely customer service friendly and very professional. I would recommend him if someone has to come to Service King as their service advisor. I was very pleased with the updates the text messages and the phone calls he’s a great guy. The Service King staff were all so well informed and very friendly I have no problems with Service King and I will absolutely return if ever the need arises. Great job Terry!
