Just at the end I was expecting a call from the Service king to let me know that my car was ready,no body called my I stop by at the Body shop to asked when my car will be ready & I saw my car parked outside,Then I went inside to ask, & the receptionist said is ready, so I asked her why she didn't call me & she just said well I don't know that I had to call you. I worked with Edward Addick regarding my repairs. Edward walked me through the process better than my own insurance. including what needs to happen with my insurance. My insurance put off inspections constantly. However, Edward kept me up-to-date up to speed on everything going on. I knew what was going on through Edward at Service King quicker than I got responses from my own insurance adjuster. He had so much experience that he just walked me through the process and set expectations from day one. The repairs themselves were fantastic it looks like I got a new car even though I already had a new car. I needed repairs before turning in my leased vehicle. I will work with Service King again if I work with Edward. He made the experience a great one.
