I did not accept the vehicle. There are 4 new small dents on bumper that were not there when I released my car to you. Quality of work is completely unacceptable.

Super outstanding service.

I was called on Thursday 6/6/19 and told my car was ready to be picked up. I took off of work an half hour early to be able to get home and have my wife take me to pick my car up. Once I got to the shop it took over 20 minutes for my car to be pulled around. The car looked awful. I have been taking my vehicles to this location for over 20 years and this is the first time I was able to walk up to my vehicle and immediately tell that the body of the car had been repaired. There was a significant amount of orange peel in the paint. There was a coating of what I was later told was tree sap all over the hood of the car. It felt like sandpaper even though it had been washed. The front driver's side fender had a white coating covering about half of the fender which I was later told was wax. The cover for the toe eye was sticking out and not flush with the bumper. I was originally told that there was no work performed at that location but later informed that the rear fender styrofoam had fallen down and was covering the hole for the toe eye as well as preventing the cover to sit flush. Fortunately all of the issues were resolved and I was able to pick my vehicle up a couple of days later. It was very discouraging taking the time off to pick my car up and it being in awful shape and no where near ready to be picked up. Again, I have been using this location in Humble even before it was owned by Service King and I have always been very satisfied with the work performed. Very disappointing!!!

It was very frustrating to receive emails that went to my junk folder instead of an actual email from someone who knew what was going on with the status of my car. I had to call many times for updates and estimated finish times. The final straw was getting a phone call at 5pm on Friday saying I can pick up my car, but I have to be there by 6pm when they close. I had been calling all day for an update, but wasn’t given a reasonable answer or time frame.

Looks like ****. For the "adviser" to even let me take it like this makes me question your ability to repair it correctly. I'm going to request that it be repaired at the dealership.

Up in entrusting oour vehicle tto your care our trunk was properly closing without slamming it Dow. Now after you all repairs our trunk is not closing properly sued to the repairs. It is not the latch.
