I love the customer service. The employees are very personable and knowledgable . The only concern is the text messages. I received ones that said my car was ready when it wasn't. Also I got one that said from pending to July 15. Later that day it said from July 15 to pending and never received another one after that. I like the idea of text updates, but they need to be consistent and accurate. The work is great and the people are awesome. It's just a technology program.

We were told the car would be ready by a certain day and wasn't. Then when they called that it was ready , it did not pass our inspection. A few more days after that it was finished and we approved it.
We do know it is a lifetime warranty and feel confident if we find a problem it will be fixed.
We were kept up to date on the repair from the beginning and was treated with respect by all.
