I was told on 3 separate occasions that my car was ready each of which served to be untrue. Throughout the whole process I had to initiate all of the conversations with my service rep Chris who seemed unmotivated and didn't appear to know what he was doing . Then today I get my car back and the service engine light comes on. Completely unsatisfied with the service and I hope to never have to leave my car here again.

The body work was good but the clean up that done to the inside of my car (leather interior) was horrible. I am not sure what your employees used on my interior but I would not recommend using it again.
