I was called and told that my vehicle was ready for pick up and I drove two And a half hours away to pick it up when I got there my belongings had been taken out of my car and not been put back in they had to go find them then there was a piece still missing from my vehicle and a piece not attached properly not only did I waste gas but also wasted time.

Ted told me he would make sure my mom's car was ready at 12pm because I needed to pick up my grandsons. Said he would take it next door to be washed to make sure it was ready in time. At 11:30 I gave up on him and went and picked my grandsons up.He didn't call me to say it wouldn't be ready in time until 3:15.
