My check was declined so I spoke with my bank and the informed me that there is absolutely no reason for it to be declined and the girl at the front I wouldn't say she was rude but she certainly wasn't nice about it. Also I was told I would get up dated and notifications through out the entire process but I brought my vehicle in Wednesday the 16th at 7:30am the only update I recived was on Friday about 5:00pm that the paint job had just been finished and there were just a few more touch ups before the final inspection then I would get another call sometime Monday.
Overall I was very satisfied with how my vehicle was treated and how my claim has been handled thus far I give Service King an 7.5 out of 10 and would be happy to recommend it to my friends and family. I also plan to go back later this year or beginning of next year to get some unrelated damage taken care of.

They kept calling every day for 2 weeks to say it would be done on 9/18. Then they didn't call 9/17 to say when. Then no one returned my calls. Then it wasn't done until 9/21, and the A/C quit working before I drove 5 miles.

Corey **** really took good care of me. I always knew where we were at in the process and when there was a last minute problem with the check coming from the insurance company he was very cool about getting it resolved. I would recommend Service King in a heartbeat.
