I appreciate the thoroughness, however two months to repair my truck seemed a bit extreme. Nevertheless, the customer service was very good and the payment processing was painless.

Ted was my service advisor and he kept me informed about my car and when it would be ready. He said the car didn't pass inspection and put it back in shop to get it fixed right. When I picked up the car Ted walked me out there and we went over the repair together. Fixed right the first time!
