The team was very involved updating me about the status of my car's repair. I was informed regularly and was treated very well during the whole process. Great team and great experience overall.

The repair service took too long.service staffs did not communicate adequately as promised. I had to make every phone calls to get answers. Answers were excuses with 4 time delays of delivering my car. Though, Shannon vilven promised to help me paying for the rental and the deductible. He went back on his words. Larry Thompson promised to call and give me updates but never did like what he said. I do not thing this place care enough for its customer thus your ser if clearly reflected that. Broken promises, fail to deliver service multiple times, and lies are unacceptable
