Service King- Kingwood did a wonderful job with repairing my car. Their evaluation was very thorough, despite the actual cost being higher than the estimate. They made sure that I got my car when I needed it back for my college summer semester, which was 3 days before the estimated time of completion. I received updates when my car was evaluated, initially started, and halfway completed. Overall, my personal experience at Service King-Kingwood, with a special thanks to Peter Broussard and Garrett, was great.

Left front wheel took the empact directly. That wheel now has a knocking noise when turning and rattles when it hits small bumps in the road. This did not make noise prior to the accident. Repair is incomplete.
