My serpentine belt started squealing so I popped the hood and found that all of the bolts that were around my fan were so loose that they almost came off! I paid extra for yall to change my water pump just to be left on the side of the road. I am extremely upset.

Garrett did a great job. He provided an accurate estimate on time and cost. The staff communicated with my insurer and me to arranged the rental car and to provide updates. The two ladies at the front desk were polite but no nonsense to get and keep the process rolling. Staff members, who were not even involved stopped to check on me, offer a cold drink, and see if they might help.
The repair looked better than new and the team even buffed out some scratches on my bumper and taillight that were not related. That extra few minutes of effort put my experience way over the top. Service King was recommended to me by the dealership, my last police employer, and a friend who was retired from body work. Now I will add my own voice to recommend Service King to anyone else who finds the need for body work
