They were accommodating with an appointment to bring my car in for an estimate. And then again for the repair. They also set a date for the repairs to be completed. They text me to give me updates during the repairs. Then there was a final text letting me know it was ready for pickup. Know one would ever know It had been damaged. Awesome!

The shop did a great job with the replacing the door of my car, great paint job, however there was a screw that goes in the chrome trim that I myself had to tighten up, because the window chrome trim was uneven, also the rubber seal that goes on the inside of the door, I noticed it's not attached properly from the door.

I was surprised to be charged over $200 for the “free” Enterprise rental car & felt it was an unauthorized charge & received no hard copy of an invoice or bill...just an unauthorized charge on my Visa card. I felt it was a corrupt trick and will complain further to the better business bureau, to Geico, to Nationwide and will find the proper authority to report fraud against Enterprise. I will alert Visa of this under- handed manner of cheating me, an old widowed recent flood victim who has lived in this KINGWOOD area since 1977.
