Great service. Everybody was super nice.
I am not sure the name of the guy who took the car to the mechanics and gave the keys. He kept up me texting or calling to inform about the progress on fixing the car. I was really very impressed of his customer service.
He is tall medium built white guy. He has a thick beard. Maybe, his name is Jimmy. He is around late 30’s of early 40’s years old.
He is the same person that brought me the car back from the shop when I went to pick it up.

Although the repair process was great and the repair was great they did not put everything back on the car. My 2 driver side doors are missing side protection strips. Nit that big a deal but not back to factory specs.
