Thanks for fast friendly convenient service. Texts updates were great. Completed as promised. I do have one issue. The age of my vehicle really shows now compared to the new work. The hood could certainly use a good buff. I wish this had been discussed as I would have been willing to pay extra for the hood to look as fresh and shiny as the new front bumper and fender does. Otherwise completely positive experience from start to finish.

I first took my car to Service King to get an estimate and was told I don’t need to do that, just drop off my car to have it repaired. I didn’t feel comfortable or trusted what he told me. After back and forth with the insurance company about what to do next, I called Service King again to discuss the situation. I was cut a check from the insurance company and they told me to just bring my car in and they will take care of it. I was finally able to get some answers but it seemed like no one talked to each other, even though they handle claims all the time. My car was repaired to my satisfaction in the end but it was more stress on me than it should have been.
