After my first interaction with your customer representative I have decided not allow your shop to do the repairs. Your customer rep acted as if I was bothering him by asking questions about OEM parts. He might need to be reminded that most people are not knowledgeable about insurance claims when they have been involved in an accident. He was talking down to me and told me I was free to take my vehicle to any shop to get the repairs done if I didn’t like what he was telling me. Therefore I have decided to do just that!

I had to call to see if my truck was ready and after I was told no they sent a text message saying it was not going to be ready. Then on Monday they didn't call or message me. My wife had to contact service king to find out what was going on. What a travesty it was ready Monday but no communication. Never again
