Your telephone system is terrible. Having all calls go to a corporate switchboard, rather than the shop the customer is working with, causes some long waits on “hold”. On one of my calls I waited over 15 minutes to talk to a customer service representative.

The first guy I dealt with was very rude and disrespecting. I was ready to take my car somewhere else to have it repaired. It took going to the manager and dealing directly with him before I agreed to have my car repaired at your business.
There was no reason for the guy to treat me the way he did. When I couldn't afford to fix hail damage that had nothing to do with the repairs I brought the car in for. He pretty much told me I was being dishonest with him and he said he would write me up an estimate and to come get my key and my car. At that point I had gotten very upset, the next morning I went in and talked to the manger on what had conspired between me and the guy I dealt with.
The manager advised her would find out why I was treated that way. At that point he advised her would personally deal with it if I would give the business another chance.
That is the ONLY reason I had my car repaired by this business. But I personally would not recommend this location to anyone.
