Hi I dropped my car off on a Thursday to have approximately $600 worth of damage repaired I didn't get my car back til that Tuesday so I incurred a lot of charges for insurance on the rental car which I did choose but when I initially dropped off my car I was told initially that it would take one day to repair that was by geico I understand, But I never woulda left it on a Thursday and paid all those charges for rent a car if I knew it was going to take longer and the representative did state that in front of my service advisor so I feel like he could have clarified the timeframe. Also there were some services that needed to be repaired on my car like an alignment which happened during the accident which was denied by geico and I feel like I shouldnt have been told I would have had to pay an extra $50 for service king to even check the alignment and then another $100 for you guys to do it. I have been a customer of yours many times and geico is no longer associated with service king so I feel like you guys working for me but in this case you were really working for geico. Jjust because you can't show suspension damage a car still gets out of alignment when an accident happens and I feel like my car wasn't safe to drive off the lot but I was given it anyway even after explaining that. I just had my car lined a few months ago at the dealer it's not under warranty anymore but there were no problems prior to the accident and I made that very clear. I felt like because my car was there all that time you could have made some type of an exception for me. There were a few other issues that happened which I don't know if I have enough space to go into detail for about basically you have a nice staff but I don't feel like this was handled properly. Thank you

There’s a smell in my car that resembles paint or rubber that is making my eyes and my lips feel like the are burning. I’m hoping it goes away soon. The smell is a bit nauseating.
