The entire Service King staff were incredible, from the receptionist to the adjuster to the Enterprise Rental representative to the repairmen! This will be the only place I use from here on out when service repairs are needed. Thank you for taking such extraordinary care of me and my vehicle!

There detail issues with my vehicle when I picked it up. There is to much gap between the bumper and trim piece. Scratches on the fender and the hood and the underside of the hood was not painted completely. The fog light is loose the moulding by the driver side mirror was not installed correctly. The person that was there Saturday took pictures and said they would be addressed on Monday I can afford another rental car so something needs to be done to correct these issues.
