Service King Kingwood

I picked up my truck and it looked great. Well that’s what I thought until I further looked at it. The front bunmper wasn’t replaced. It was just painted over because the imperfections are still in the bumper. The vehicle wasn’t cleaned at all. The inside was still dirty, the outside was dirty. The actual paint and body work is pretty good. But the overall presentation wasn’t up to par.

This is the second time I have brought a vehicle to Service King and both times the service was excellent, the repairs complete and the communication absolutely fantastic. I would never take a vehicle anywhere else.

No cash reminder when they notify us when our vehicle is ready for pick up. People forget things like that.

Frustrating experience with communication. We understand the delays, but being promised to be called back and it never happened, makes planning hard. We were so excited to get the car back, but very disappointed in state it was returned in. I had this car for 2 days before the accident, and the interior looks like it hadn’t even been wiped down after the repairs. The console is lose and debris from the accident was still coming out of that, someone melted 2 areas on the passenger side interior and there is glue I am still trying to get off all over the exterior and the luggage rack. The manager made sure to tell me that the exterior might not be ‘spotless’ because of pollen and such. I told him that was not a big deal. Howeve, the last delay we had was because the service center wanted to vacuum and detail the inside so it looked like it did when I ‘drove it off the lot’. I honestly don’t know what was done to it that day. The dust was so thick my husband jokingly wrote his name in it. Overall I would say that the workmanship on the exterior and my door replacement looks good, but the little things that help a customer overlook some small stuff and still be happy even if you have to return for further work, are very definitely lacking at this center. I wish I had a better review to send. I make sure to always fill out reviews, good and bad truthfully. The service center I bought my car at has a customer for life, and a 5 star web review, with our family just because of the service from everyone at their center.
