It seemed that the communication between service person and insurance adjuster was not good at first. It seemed to me that nothing was getting done for a long period of time. That's when I had to start calling around and trying to get it figured as to why this was not going well. But then the manager and service person helped the situation after all that and got the job finished fast and the end result was good.
