I feel it's completely unprofessional when a customer calls several times for information about their vehicle only to be met with no answer of the phones and only a vague email response which specifically states if there are any questions to call. I also dealt with a man who was annoyed and rude at being interrupted from his computer to deal with a customer who had come in when there was no employees at the front desk. The man I talked to from your company to come and deal with the other customer clearly stated that he wasn't running things and then when the customer asked about an estimate of damages to his vehicle the employee asked his if he was making an insurance claim. When the customer said no the employee told him that unless he had 3000 that they couldn't do the repairs. Then when the young male customer left the employee turned to me and my husband and said that the young man probably wasn't making an insurance claim because he didn't want to have to admit that he himself probably caused the accident. The repairs to my car were basically handled well otherwise but this behavior will most likely force me to take my business elsewhere in the future.

Battery was fine when brought in - now light is on and will barely crank. Steering wheel is not centered and some story about not being able to align because of wear in front suspension. Front suspension was same leaving as when brought in and steering wheel was fine
