First of all the customer service I received was awesome! Patrick kept me updated and made sure everything was taken care of. Patrick made sure that everything was done properly and in a timely manner - which exceeded my expectations!!

It took way to long to complete the repairs. Your messaging system needs help. It told me that the job was close to completion then the next day it told me it was going to be 2 more weeks. The work is fantastic but it sure did take a long time to get it done
