It took such a long time fixing my car, that it made me a lot less confident that I was getting good service. Everyone I talked to was nice enough, and I don't think it's a reflection on them, but there is something wrong when I'm told my car will be done in a week, and then it gets stretched to over a month. I hardly write reviews, but I felt like this was important seeing as it could really hurt business for you guys.

My advisor Cori was so very nice. She stayed after closing time just so I could get my car when she could have just said I could pick it up in the morning. She helped my unload all of my belongings out of the rental car and load it back up into my car. She didn't rush me, even though it was past 6pm. She went ABOVE and BEYOND!!!

Repairs were communicated nearly daily, progress was smooth and car finished earlier than expected. My baby is beautiful!! I'm so pleased.
Service personnel were exceptional. I would return ( god forbid another boo boo on my baby) and will recommend service King. However, my insurance did the management upon my request of that facility. It was seemless. From tow to pickup. You have a good group there. I was impressed.
If I owned a business, I would hire them all.
