Didn't like the communication. they tell you that is going to be in a certain day and you wait in then you don't get it and no calls. when I picked up my car the person that supposed to give me the car was at lunch and they told me he was getting call me he never did.

Brett took an intial unimpressive experience and showed us in the end why Service King will be the only place we prefer and will only take our vehicles. Having the rental car company right there was a match made. Ms. Ashley with Enterprise was of great assistance in getting us into a rental and on our way. Her personality was a plus. After all was said and done with the repairs of our car, Brett brought it around, ensured we we're completely happy with the job done, took our rental car keys to Enterprise and we we're on our way with lots of smiles and relief that we had our car back whole again. Brett's down to earth personality made our experience will worth the wait. Thank You Service King!

Your shop people need to inspect and drive the vehicles to be sure they are ready and no other work needs to be done and on the way home I noticed it pulls to the right I can believe your guys didn't test drive to make sure no other problem are found on the vehicle plus I called back and they tyhey told me they was going to call my insurance to make sure they cover the repairs that was earlier and had no response over the course of the day so I called the insurance to let them know and I was told that no one has tryied to contact the at that time I called .

My fog lights had mud in them since you had the the bumper disassembled would been exceptional if you would of at least rinsed the housing out but did not. It wasn't nothing to do with the accident but would of been exceptional service I give you **** good service. The accident is unnoticeable and looks great
