I have had to return my car once for touch up and completion of proper appearance. I picked it up at closing time. At the time the man assisting me and I observed some continuing issues with appearance. Upon further inspection I found that fender wells were not completely assembled with screws missing ,screws that attach trim around windshield appear damaged and used. There are still scuffs on my bumper that were not taken care of. When I brought my car in for repainting my car interior was completely clean when it was returned to me there was white dust and white substance all on my floor mats and in my seat and around the door. There also appears to be Polishing Compound along some of the seams and trunk and door gaps. I have called the customer service representative that is helping me and he has done everything in his power to address the issues. Unfortunately there appears be more that were missed.

Poor quality of work the 1st 2 times of attempting to pick up vehicle. Requested head of service department inspect prior to my pickup of vehicle. Reported that was done both times. I arrived and pointed out the poor quality of work... 3rd time in attempting to deliver the vehicle it was fixed correctly... (the 3rd time) a customer should not have this quality of work attempted to be delivered to them.
