The one not so good point was my service advisor.
He did not follow up on email requests or phone calls in a timely manner.
Also was saying car would be ready a day early but text messages still indicated a Monday ready. Then after getting there he informed me the insurance company was not going to pay for something and he should have told me at the start not when the car was finished. Took an extra day to get that resolved.
I will use Service King again bit will request another Service advisor.
