Phil S. was wonderful. In fact, everyone I dealt with was friendly. However, I did not have a good experience at the Service King in Carrollton previously so my expectations were low. Phil texted me (not just the auto generated texts) almost daily and went out of his way to get me my car 2 days earlier than expected. I really loved the constant updates! After going through a hit and run accident, this experience was phenomenal. Thank you for showing me that striving for a truly positive customer experience still happens!

Anna knows customer service. She is upfront about the repairs and timeline. Perfect under promise and over deliver. Thank you Anna. The only negative I have is that my gas tank had very little gas left. I could tell it was ran idle due to my mpg was at 29 and I picked it up and it was at 2.4 mpg.

This was a what would be concidered a minor accident but getting everything taken care of can be so very time consuming and difficult to deal with. Henry made this simple and seamless.
