Julian my service adviser was great. Kept us well informed, was educated on the repair process and was very respectful.
Julian truly turned this bad experience (accident) around with his service. I hope service king appreciates what a great employee Julian is.

Kimberly Gray, my service writer, checked for overspray at my request before letting me know my Jeep was ready for pick up. The vehicle had been washed and cleaned inside. The work was performed well and much more quickly than I anticipated. And finally, Kimberly arranged to have my rental car returned for me. All in all a pleasant experience given the fact that I was in a crash that required I repair my Jeep. Thank you for making it a bit less painful.
