I liked it that as soon as I walked in the door I was made to feel welcome. The woman at the desk kept me up to date about how long it would take before the service advisor would be with me & also the arrival of the rental. The service shows front bumper repair and paint. However, the underside/bottom is still badly scratched from normal driving. It seems that while your were repairing the top side, you would have asked the customer if they wanted to pay extra and have the bottom repainted too.
