There was significant paint overspray on all the glass surfaces requiring over two hours to remove (thankfully it could be removed). I find it interesting that your representative pointed out the extra hours in labor this cost me to remove body parts rather than mask them, and you ignore the overspray on the glass. Also, my hood was partially released which I did not discover until 24 hours later. Why was the hood up when all the damage was in the rear of the car?
Otherwise, the repair work looks great and your service rep was exceptional.

I am disappointed in the service I received. I now have 3 door dents/dings that were not there when I dropped off for service. My rear tailgate was poorly painted. The whole process has been delayed because during the initial assement damage was overlooked and not all needed parts were ordered. A thorough investigation would have shorten my wait time.
