The parts removed from my car were placed on the backseat of my car. (Read that twice). Right, who does that? Leaving my back seat dirty and marked up. I couldn’t believe it when I saw it. Even the box the parts came in was seating on the back seat. It seemed spiteful. Why they weren’t baged and in the trunk is beyond me. ???? Remember when you used to pick up you car from service and it was actually cleaned up for you? My vehicle is immaculately kept. This weekend I’ll clean the interior, after I take pictures and post pics on social media
documenting how service king treats the vehicles of its coustmers. Shameful.

I was totally satisfied with Service King repair service. I would recommend them to friends and family, however I would suggest they check the tires and the tire pressure of their vehicle before leaving Service King, because after returning home I found a screw in my tire on the front side where the work was done. The tires are new and the tire pressure and tires were checked the week before taking it in for body work. I'm faced with buying a new tire if Discount Tire in San Antonio cannot repair the tire. Otherwise, all was good with my experience with Service King on San Pedro Ave. San Antonio.
