Carrie is absolutely the most pleasant person to work with. She totally took care of everything and took the stress out of the situation. It's impossible to be unhappy while talking to her because she has a fantastic attitude (even after I left her a not so nice voicemail about something that was pretty much out of her control). But she took care of my complaint anyways in the best possible way she could, even though should could have chosen not to, and she was just super helpful and kind through out what could have been a very annoying situation!
