My 100,000 dollar sports car was returned to me with overspray all over the car. I have to take it back and leave it for another day. I am alerting Tesla about this and encourage them to find a better repair shop. I am very disappointed

I have 2 issues with your operation. One issue is that I have to make an appointment to get an estimate. I frankly don’t see why that can’t be done just about any time of day. I would be willing to wait a few minutes for someone to do the estimate, but coming back another day is a nuisance. The second issue is that all text message alerts, except for the first one, that you sent call me “Eris” rather than my correct name, which is Eric. You should probably get your customer’s name right, particularly when that customer is bringing a multi-week is expensive job to your business. Considering that “Eris” is not a real name and that my phone attempts to autocorrect it every time, that’s really annoying to be referred to by the wrong name repeatedly.

Nice people!, however I was not pleased.
****. Primer cracked and caused a delay in completion.
2. Lack of a sense of urgency
3. Many thanks to the manger Donnie for delivering my car , however it was delivered with a new black paint scuff (that was never orginally there)
4. I am now inconvienced again and have to go back to have the job completed correctly
5. Professionalism lacking , unless dipping tobacco while Servicing a customer is the new norm???
