Pablo was great and his help and guidance was superior! I was apprehensive about having the minor damage fixed because of the time and hassle of not having a car, but Pablo and Service king made it say and senseless with the repair checkin check out and rental car. Though the damage to my car was minimal, I was treated like it was a big deal,I really appreciated that. Pablo Silva was wonderful & even called Enterprise for me to arrange my rental car. I also appreciated the text updates (though, I did find it humorous when I got the one saying my car was 58% complete.... you sure it wasn't really 57% or 59% done? Lol). From start to finish, the experience was terrific.
And kudos to your receptionist- when I was first there, she was being very patient and calm with a really annoying customer at the counter. I admired her professionalism & restraint in allowing the woman to rant and ramble on...and on...and on...
