Car took longer than anticipated, poor and incorrect communication, car wasn’t done when we went to pick it up, and the car was only rinsed off when we picked it up- no vacuum or actual wash- the windshield still has dried suds on it. We also wanted to get additional paint fixed while it was in the shop but we’re told it would just be too expensive before getting a price, so we had to ask for an actual estimate several times- but never got a real one. The shop seems too busy to care about our business so we will not be returning.
