Dropped off on a Mon., told will be ready on Fri. end of day. There was a problem, so will be ready Mon. morning, then Tues morning. Tues. I pick up and there are flaws. So have to take back next Mon. NO RENTAL OFFERED so I will have to take a day off and sit at home. The advisor, Gilbert has been kind and professional. That is Your only plus. Hopefully Mon. all will go well.

I was contacted on Friday December 21st at night to inform me that I could pick up my vehicle on Saturday December 22nd between 11:30 am and 11:55am. I received a call on Saturday informing me that my car didn't pass their inspection and that I would be contacted on Monday December 24th with an update. I wasn't contacted. On Thursday I received a phone call from Enterprise rental car indicating that they were made aware by Service King that my vehicle was completed on Friday December 21st and that my rental wasn't covered. I contacted Service King who told me that the information would be updated on the final bill which is unacceptable. I requested that someone contact USAA and Enterprise. I arrived at Service King to resolve my issue and express my concerns and I found out my service advisor Kimberly was on vacation. After several requests, the employees refused to contact the insurance company and the rental service to provide an update. I found out that someone had forgotten to update the notes in the system about the failed inspection and that's why musinformation was given to the insurance company and the rental car service. These mishaps have caused more undue stress in an already stressful situation.
