The length of the process of the repair (51 days) is way too long. The lack of communication during the repair process was extremely frustrating. After 41 days I came up to the shop to get answers and when I looked at the car there were items not captured in the estimate that had to be submitted. Overall a bad experience and all that was offered were excuses and an apology.
