My experience was nothing but amazing!!! Jimmy was awesome. He sat down with me and explained everything and kept me updated during the process, and on top of everything, he remembered that I did not rent a car and did everything to get my car back to me 5 days ahead of schedule because he didn't want my family to have a hard time getting around. And the car looked amazing!!! I hope that my car is never wrecked again, but if I ever need your service again you guys will be the only place I will trust with my car!!!! Thank you for everything!!!

****. Passenger door still doesn't open from the outside when the car is locked and unlocked by remote. The same problem existed before service was performed.
2. Parking assist doesn't work. It worked before service.
3. Right rear quarter panel edge is not even with the edge of lower rear quarter panel.
4. Car was returned with the fuel level at E with only 19 miles left to empty, which is a major issue, since my pregnant wife picked up the vehicle.

You guys are normally good/great the few times (3 times) I've used your services. I even recommend you to someone and they went to your Pearland location. This time/experience was way out of the norm of what I was use to. I was patient, when turning in my vehicle and I understood it was the holidays and the center was busy. Once it was my time to turn in my vehicle for service, the turn around time was very quick, which I was happy, but I was expected to pick up my vehicle on Christmas Eve before the center closed which was impossible for me because I was working for a family practice and there was a lot of sick people. Then, I call after Christmas to the center and my advisor did not answer so I left a message as to when I can pick up my vehicle. I didn't get a response so I drove to the others side of town, I intended to swap my rental for my car prior to leaving but it didn't work out. Then I get several messages from my advisor and Enterprise stating that I'll be charged for the extra days (even Christmas Day) because the car was finished Christmas Eve. "What the heck?" I started to get a little irritated, feeling like I was a very easy going/understanding customer being rushed/hounded to get my car and hounded/rushed to come get it out so your center. The very next morning when your center opened, I was there. What pissed me off was picking up my vehicle, granted my vehicle was fixed, but the interior and the trunk space was FULL OF DUST AND MORE DIRTIER than when I handed my vehicle to your center. My jacket, car seats, interior, items in my car was covered in fine dust. I didn't appreciate being rushed to come pick up my car and getting and it back dirtier than when I dropped it off. I didn't mind if the center didn't clean my car after the service (my car was not spotless when I gave it to the center) but rushing me to pick it up and the trunk (which was the main reason to get fixed) was not closing how it normally closes was the cherry on top of my irritation. Thank you for the free exterior wash to clean the bird crap off the car but it literally thunderstorm rain so it was pointless. Overall, my experience was like a hill, good then bad. My referral had a bad experience in Pearland (and he was a cash pay not an insurance claim) and I had to apologize to him too and tell him of what happened to me in Copperfield. Needless to say we may possibly not be coming back if given the option. Thank you for your service and have a Happy New Year.
