The staff at service king was one of the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. For a auto repair center the entire place was sparkling clean! The quality of work done to my vehicle is unmatched. It’s as if I have a brand new car! My service advisor was George Arturo and another staff member who helped me out a lot was the front desk provider Judy. They both have phenomenal customer service skills! They were resourceful, empathetic, and understanding. Working with them was a pleasure. They kept me up-to-date with everything going on along the way. They made my wait time go smoothly and I had no worries or concerns that were not immediately addressed or addressed before they could turn into a concern. My car was even spotless when I got it back which made me very happy!
