While our car was at your repair center (5/17 - 5/23/19), there was a break-in at your lot, and our car was one of the cars the thieves broke into. My car took 46 days to repair. There was very little proactive communication from my assigned representative. He also did not return voicemails regularly, forcing me to cal for status updates multiple times. Any time I did speak with him, the story changed from one call to the next, leading me to lack trust is what he was saying. Exp,) a part was ordered the day before, but then it was ordered yesterday. I will never take my vehicle to Service King for repairs again.

I called OJ within the 1st or 2nd day asking for call back regarding my car and never received a call. So, early on I felt a little uncomfortable leaving my car & not being able to have my questions answered but hoped things would turn up for the best. I came in Friday to pick up my car and it took 10- 15 minutes to locate OJ. While they were looking for him I paid and received my paperwork and was told he would explain all this to me. Once they were able to locate him they realized my car keys had been misplaced. At this point, I just wanted my car especially since I had an award ceremony to attend and didn't have extra time to hang out while my keys were found. I keep a rental car for another day because my car keys got misplaced. Once found I was called which was nice but I had already left since I only scheduled 30 minutes for this pickup I didn't realize it was going to take long. OJ informed me I could pick up my car on Saturday between 9am-12pm. I work on Saturdays so unfortunately I had to inform my boss I needed to pick up my car and was going to be late. Again, only thought this would take 15 minutes but took longer than expected. Eventhough I was attended first the gentleman behind me had his jeep pulled up so he was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I waited again for my car and finally was able to see the repairs and ask my questions to the person attending me. I'm honestly disappointed in the lack of communication & customer service. I'm so happy my car is repaired but not happy about the experience in having to call and find out status on my car & having my keys misplaced. Now, I'm asking if Service King will pay for the extra day car rental due to the misplacement of my keys even after I paid for their services without even seeing my car. Who does that? Anyways, I hope my feedback will help keep management informed and motivate quality customer service! I am thankful for the repairs it was done well and only had issues with the way I was treated.

Doug was so friendly, courteous, professional, and communicative. He was upfront about the possibility of additional damage once the shop was able to take off my bumper and let me know that may mean they need to keep it longer, but let me know quickly when that wasn’t the case and the original return date was back in play. He gave me daily status updates which I appreciate - while I know I can check the website, it’s nice when my service advisor takes the time to let me know directly where things are at.
