Dylan was amazing! He kept me in the loop every step of the way. He was super kind, eager to help, and provided excellent customer service. My car looks great and the repairs were done in a timely manner. I'm highly satisfied with my Service King experience.

This was a very long process and I appreciate Dylan coming in and keeping me posted on the status of repair. Unfortunately, Jeep was terrible! And never even replied to my many requests to expedite the part. We waited over 3 months!!!! At least Dylan made the service king side bearable, Jeep on the other hand is currently operating at a completely unacceptable level of service and should be told this by everyone involved. I have sent multiple emails and made multiple calls to Jeep and they do not seem to care one bit that I have been a loyal customer.
Please know Dylan stayed late today so i could get my car, and I so appreciate his special attention during this long process.
